The NC EM Today Conference provides the best forum to network with new prospects while connecting with existing clients. Expected attendance to the Emergency Medicine Today trade show is approximately 1000 and includes physicians, nurses, ALS and BLS professionals, EMS Administrators, and EMS Instructor Coordinators. Please note the show hours on Sunday are scheduled to allow attendees to enjoy the well-attended Paramedic Competition as well as the trade show.

Standard booths are 10’x10′. Each booth includes a draped table, 2 chairs, one-line booth sign, if requested, and registration for one representative to attend sessions, and banquet, Monday exhibitor breakfast, Monday box lunch, and Tuesday exhibitor breakfast. ADDITIONAL BOOTH REPRESENTATIVES MUST BE REGISTERED INDEPENDENTLY OF THE BOOTH OR VEHICLE SPACE. ONLY ONE REGISTRATION IS INCLUDED IN THE BOOTH FEE.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

All sponsorship opportunities will include the EM Today Conference logo.

There are many opportunities for sponsorship during the conference and trade show.  Your sponsorship helps to offset the cost of the conference and allows your company exposure to the attendees outside of the exhibit hall.  If you are interested in sponsoring the cost of an entire break at any time during the conference, please contact Barbara Geiger - bugeiger@uptonassociates.com - for availability, information and pricing.

REFUNDS: Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2018. No refunds will be given after that date, regardless of the cause.

 

SECURITY: Security personnel will be provided Sunday and Monday night.

 

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Hollins Exhibition Services will be the 2018 show decorator. Extra tables and chairs will be available for a fee. Carpet is NOT included in the booth fee. ELECTRICAL: Electricity is $75.00 per outlet (120 volt).

 

DRAYAGE/SHIPPING: Hollins Exhibition Services will handle drayage. Hotel will not accept shipments.

 

CONFIRMATION: Written confirmation of your booth assignment will be emailed to you upon receipt of your order and full payment. Order forms for additional equipment will be sent with final confirmation approximately one month prior to the show.

NOTE: Booth representatives who will attend the sessions or will require CE credit must also register through the NC Office of Emergency Medical Services.

All space will be assigned by Upton Associates.  Booth space will be based on availability of exhibit space; on a first come basis determined by date of request.
